Occupational Therapist

Overview

• Contract role in Bethel, Alaska
• Full-time outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy care
• May include work at a local Long Term Care facility
• Treats all patient age ranges and diagnoses within Alaska occupational therapy scope of practice
• Includes home visits, village travel, and frequent collaboration with medical providers
• Day shift
• 32 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Alaska
• BLS
• NBCOT
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical experience is preferred

Housing and Travel

• Private housing is not provided
• Housing is in shared units
• No pets allowed
• Airfare is reimbursed after arrival
• Flight itinerary must be provided at least 1 week in advance
• Returning travelers are not picked up

Onboarding Notes

• Traveler may not travel until all credentials have been received and cleared
• New Employee Orientation occurs every Tuesday and Wednesday only
