Schedule
- 7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday
- Weekend call every 3-4 weeks depending on staffing
- One week of call every 3-4 weeks depending on staffing
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited echocardiogram, cardiovascular sonography, or equivalent program
- One year of experience as an Echo Technologist
- Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- One of the following registrations:
- RDCS
- RCS
- ARRT (VS)
- BLS
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- Neonatal/neonatology echocardiography experience
- Pediatric Echocardiography experience
- Transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)
- Stress echocardiograms
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of echocardiography experience
Assignment Details
- No floating
- Supports OR, inpatient, outpatient, and cath lab
- 5-8 cases per day, average 5 scans per day
Role Summary
- Performs transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echocardiograms, and other cardiac ultrasound procedures
- Works under general guidance and independently on assignments of limited to moderate complexity
