MS/Tele

Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Charleston, West Virginia
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
36 hours per week guaranteed
Weekdays, every other weekend, with float as needed
Orientation is held every other week on Thursday

Unit

5W MedSurg Tele
32-bed unit
Medical conditions include cardiac, vascular, surgical, pulmonary, and telemetry patients

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Preferred

First-timers accepted if experience requirements are met

Additional Notes

Can be floated within scope if needed
Manager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests
100-mile radius rule applies; 75–99 miles may be sent for facility approval
RTO must be included on the application/profile and discussed during interview
Cerner is used for charting
Free parking for travelers
