Travel RN role in Overland Park, Kansas

13-week contract

Unit

Cardiac Specialty Unit
26 beds
Patient ratio: 1:4
Brand new Cardiac Progressive Stepdown unit

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
NIH Certification
Experience with cardiac or critical care drips
Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications
Background managing cardiac patients post procedure

Clinical Details

Background managing cardiac patients post procedure
Titration of IV medication, including cardiac, heparin, and insulin

Scheduling

Self-scheduling
Weekend requirement: three weekend shifts in a four-week period on day shift, or four weekend shifts in a four-week period on night shift
No on-call requirement
