Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Indiana
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT

• Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Tdap

Notes

• American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel
• Declinations are accepted for Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, and influenza vaccine where allowed; declination is not accepted for CA or IL for COVID-19 and influenza
• Positive TB requires a chest x-ray within the last year for Indiana
• Fit test must be within one year of start
• Drug screen must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature
• The role is based in a 2-room mammography setting
