X-Ray Tech/Pediatrics

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Charleston, South Carolina
Based at a pediatric children’s hospital
13-week assignment
Day shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
On-call is required
Floating may be required to other pediatric imaging locations and other buildings on the same campus for critical staffing coverage

Required Qualifications

Valid Pediatric Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
Pediatric Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
Pediatric Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (R) or SCRQSA (R)
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association
OR experience
C-arm experience
Radiology Technologist experience

Preferred Qualifications

O-arm experience
Trauma experience preferred

Schedule and Work Conditions

First week may include weekday day-shift orientation before the regular schedule begins
On-call response time is within 1 hour of being called in
Holiday rotation included
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Local candidates are accepted within 60 miles
Scrub color: teal top/black bottoms
Epic charting
Parking is available for nights and weekends with a one-time $20 parking pass fee
