Free Standing ER RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Summerville, South Carolina
Shift: 3x12s, 7p-730a
Hours: 36 per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
On-call: Not required
Floating: May float within scope to West Ashley FSED or Kiawah as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Stroke patients
Experience with cerebrovascular accident (CVA) care
Experience with Epic
BLS
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
TNCC

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted, but must have 2+ years of ED experience
Open to block schedule requests with manager approval, depending on unit needs
Local candidates are accepted on a case-by-case basis
All requested time off must be included at submission and is subject to facility needs
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
During hurricane season, staff may be assigned to emergency response teams
