Role Overview

• Temp Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN)
• Shift: Nights
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Location: Springfield, VT

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Vermont
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• TNCC
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
• Driver's License
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment
• All certifications must be in hand to be considered
• Traveler must have their own vehicle

Preferred

• 3 months minimum travel experience
• Bachelor Degree

Scheduling and Assignment Notes

• Block scheduling will not be considered
• 48-hour guarantee is not available
• Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload; requests after upload or during interview will not be approved
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Travelers may not take all holidays off
• Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• Travelers should have voicemail set up and be reachable by phone
• Perm address must be included in the profile
• All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission
• Requests after offer may lead to a rescinded offer
• The traveler may not work in conjunction with another perm placement or travel assignment

Facility Setting

• Emergency Department in a 25-bed critical access hospital
• 24-hour emergency care
• Approximately 14,000 patient visits each year
