Overview

Travel assignment in North Richland Hills, Texas
Unit: Respiratory Care
2nd floor, main hospital
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Every other weekend; no on-call

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Texas
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience in a Critical Care setting
Experience in an Emergency Department setting

Preferred Qualifications

PALS

Unit Details

20 staff members
Day shift: 1 charge, 1-2 RTs
Night shift: 1 charge, 1-2 RTs
Patient ratios vary depending on count
Equipment includes Avea, V60, Airvo, and Radiometer ABL90
Routine respiratory care is performed on the unit

EMR: Meditech
Scrub color/attire: Black
