Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Orangeburg, South Carolina
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12s, 6:45am to 7:00pm
- 9 ORs
- On-call required: 4 weekdays and 1.5 weekends in a 4-week period
- Floats between service lines
- First-time travelers accepted only with experience in all areas
- Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis within a 60-mile radius
- Scrubs are provided
- Epic is the charting system
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NBSTSA
- Experience working with General Surgery patients
- Experience working with Orthopedics patients
- Experience working with Podiatry patients
- Experience working with GYN patients
- Experience working with Ophthalmology patients
- Experience working with Urinary patients
- Experience working with HEENT patients
- Experience with robotic surgery
- Radiation badge required; must be provided by the agency
- South Carolina license verification required, as applicable to the role
- Education verification required
- Background check required
- OFAC sanctions list search required
- HHS/OIG check required
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check required
- Driver’s license/state ID required
- Social Security card required
- E-Verify attestation required
- References: 2 clinical references
- Employment application and resume required
