OR Tech / Surgical Tech
Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Columbus, Ohio
- Specialty: Surgical Services
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:30–07:00
Schedule
- Holiday, weekend, and call required
- Call hours: M-F 21:00–06:30; Saturday and Sunday 12 hours, 19:00–06:30
Required Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist (3 years of experience)
- Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Experience with the da Vinci surgical robot
- Experience with liver transplant procedures
- Experience with eyes/ophthalmologic procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel experience preferred

Health Requirements
- Physical exam
- Fit mask
- Tdap
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- MMR immunity or vaccination for measles, mumps, and rubella
- Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination
- Negative 10-panel drug screen
- Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccination is recommended, not required
