Operating Room RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Abilene, Texas
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week
Start date in the next 3–4 weeks is strongly preferred
Friday–Sunday schedule, no call
Contract length: 13 weeks

Clinical focus

Neuro/Spine
Ortho/trauma
General/robotics/trauma
Craniotomy and burr hole experience are required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Craniotomy and burr hole experience
Ortho Trauma experience
Neurosurgery experience

Preferred

Start date in the next 3–4 weeks

Additional notes

Parking is available for orientation and employee parking is available after orientation at no fee
Fit mask can be completed onsite for $15 cash
Modules are required during orientation and take roughly 3–4 hours to complete
