RN Med Surg
Role
- RN Med Surg
Unit / Setting
- 3rd & 5th Med Surg
- 22 beds on each unit
- Adult and Geriatric patient population
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts, 7-7
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Every other weekend
- No call
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Meditech
Float Scope
- May float as a 2nd nurse, to Tele, and to ED
Preferred
- Meditech
- Med Surg
Additional Notes
- Orientation is bi-weekly
- Must be able to schedule them to fit the facility’s needs
- Equipment includes telemetry
