Role Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Melbourne, Florida.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00.
• 36 hours per week.
• Variable schedule with every other weekend.
• Float required; may be asked to float between multiple locations.
• First-timers accepted.
• Locals accepted at the same rate as travelers.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Florida.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (4 years of experience).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI.
• Experience with Epic.

Preferred Qualifications

• L&D / NICU experience, especially on night shift.
• NRP.

Additional Requirements

• On-call not required.
• Finalized RTO must be included with submission; RTO will not be accepted after offer.
• 2 references from authority figures within the last year.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season, with medical or religious exemptions only.
