Labor and Delivery RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Spokane, Washington
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- Float between units: Yes
- Weekends: Some weekend shifts
- On-call: No
- Block schedules: No
- 48 hours approved: Yes
Unit / Clinical Setting
- Labor and Delivery
- Expected ratios: Labor 1:2, AP 1:3
- Special requirements: Acute Care High Risk Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, Pre-eclampsia, diabetes, multiples, VBAC/TOLAC, active management of laboring pts, induction/augmentation, and maternal emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with High Risk Labor and Delivery patients
- Experience with pregnancy induced hypertension
- Experience with multiple births
- Experience with VBAC/TOLAC
- Experience with induction/augmentation of labor
