Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Germantown, Tennessee
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• Hours per week: 36
• Unit context: overflow unit, post surg, observation
• Patient ratio: 1:6/7
• Transitioning to team nursing

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Two recent professional references
• No pending license accepted; travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
• No locals within 100 mile radius

Preferred

• TNCC preferred for ER, not required

Schedule / Availability

• On-call as needed
• Weekend requirement as needed, rotation
• Open to accommodating block schedule: no; weekend block may be considered

Additional Notes

• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Only one job ID submission allowed at a time
• Hiring LPNs to help with the transition to team nursing
