Description
CT Tech - Radiology
Location: Round Rock, Texas (Main building, 1st floor) Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Positions: 2 Target Start: ASAP Hours per Week: 36 Schedule: Weekend overnights, Friday-Sunday, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM Additional Listed Shifts: Monday-Friday 10:30 AM-11:00 PM; Wednesday 8:00 AM-8:30 PM; Thursday and Friday 6:30 AM-7:00 PM Call: Rotating call
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R)(CT) certification
- BLS certification
- Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
- CT Registry
- TMB
- Trauma experience working with Trauma patients
- CT Technologist experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
Unit Profile
- Beds: 179
- Staffing: 3-4 day techs, 2 evening techs, 1 overnight tech (Night shift: 1-2 techs)
- Equipment: GE 64, GE 128, Siemens 128
- Permanent positions available: Yes
Typical Procedures
- Stroke protocols (including perfusion)
- Trauma scans
- Coronary/TAVR CTAs
- Biopsies/drain
Dress Code
- Sage green scrub top and black scrub bottoms, or all black for contract labor
- Black or sage jackets only
