Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Location: Monongahela, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Night (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:00) or Day (3x12 hours, 7:00-19:00) Hours: 12 per day, 36 per week

Schedule Notes

No more than 5 days RTO for this facility
Rotating shifts with every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience, completed within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Photo for badge (passport style, no filters)
Bloodborne pathogen quiz completed before start
Orientation packet reviewed and signed before start
Medical surveillance checklist completed before start
Vaccine or COVID declination forms completed if declining
