• Location: Wilkes Barre, PA 18764 (Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Cath Lab Tech
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• End Date: February 23, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Call Requirements: Every 3rd weekend / 10-13 days per month
• Hours per Week: 40
• Scrub Color: OR scrubs provided
• EMR System: Xper

Cath Lab Technician Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of travel Cath Lab Tech experience required
• 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab experience in a clinical healthcare setting
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications required
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification required
• EP (Electrophysiology) experience preferred but not mandatory

Cath Lab Tech Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate during cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures
• Monitor and assist with cardiac cath cases under the supervision of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services
• Demonstrate critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in performing imaging studies
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all cardiac studies
• Participate in call rotation as required by the healthcare facility
