Speech Language Pathologist Job Details
- Location: Utica, NY 13502 (New York healthcare jobs)
- Healthcare Setting: Hospital, Acute Rehab, Outpatient Clinic

- End Date: March 1, 2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2750–$2820
SLP Qualifications
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) required
- Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience with swallowing bed evaluations required
- Video fluoroscopy experience preferred
- Ability to work across multiple patient care areas
Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities
- Deliver SLP services to patients in inpatient, acute rehab, and outpatient settings
- Perform swallowing bed evaluations and assist with video fluoroscopy studies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Adapt to changing patient loads and coverage needs within the health system
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
