Xray Technician Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Xray Technician in a hospital setting
• Valid ARRT certification or equivalent New York state licensure
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current BLS certification

Radiology Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for patients in a hospital environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety protocols
• Respond to on-call, call backs, and holiday coverage as required
• Provide compassionate care and clinical support to patients during imaging procedures
