• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 Hour Days)

SLP Qualifications

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license/certification in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with hospital policies
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and strategies for continued progress
