Occupational Therapist Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,690 – $1,820

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Delaware OT license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in rehab or clinical support roles a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Current CPR certification

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to create individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
• Document patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab professionals to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and rehabilitation strategies
