Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Location: Morristown, New Jersey (Zip: 07960) – New Jersey healthcare jobs
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 01/05/2026 – End: 04/04/2026)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift (start times between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM)
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Hours per Week: 40 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1920–$2060
• Employment Type: Travel Radiology Technologist
• Setting: Hospital Radiology Department
• Floating: Required to float to other radiology sites as needed

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Active NJ State Radiologic Technologist License
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to float to multiple radiology sites as needed

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging and radiologic procedures in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot a variety of imaging equipment
• Maintain radiology equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Monitor and coordinate daily imaging schedules and procedure revisions as needed
• Provide compassionate clinical support to patients throughout the imaging process
• Float to other hospital radiology departments or sites as required
