Radiologic Technologist Job Details
- Job Title: Travel Radiologic Technologist – Pediatric Interventional Radiology
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15224 (Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: January 5, 2026 – End: April 6, 2026)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: Full Time, 12-hour shifts
- Minimum Shifts per Month: 5 consecutive shifts
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $11,210 - $12,040
Radiologic Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with preference for pediatric or interventional radiology experience
- Current Radiologic Technologist certification/license as required by the state of Pennsylvania
- Ability to commit to at least 5 consecutive shifts per month
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on-site in a hospital environment in Pittsburgh
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pediatric interventional radiology procedures, including biopsies, chest tube placements, biliary drain placements, and salivary gland injections
- Support outpatient same-day anesthesia cases, anesthesia add-on cases, and non-anesthesia cases
- Perform and assist with venous access, enteric access, drain placements, and biopsies
- Collaborate with surgical services for weekend anesthesia cases and provide on-call support as needed
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to hospital protocols throughout all procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
