• Shift: 8-hour evening shifts
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1130–$1210 per week

Sterile Processing Technician Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college education preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician in a hospital or healthcare setting (3 years preferred for inventory management & sterilization processing)
• Certification as a Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Sterile Processing Technician Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate daily functions of the Central Sterilization and Reprocessing areas
• Oversee inventory management and ensure all sterilization processes are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Support a safe, sterile environment for patient care by ensuring all medical equipment and surgical instruments are properly processed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and clinical support staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile supplies
