Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Location: York, PA 17403 (Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Cardiac Cath & Electrophysiology Lab
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/12/2026 – End: 4/13/2026)
• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM), weekends as needed
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2410 - $2580
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist or in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Active certifications: ACLS & BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Proficiency in invasive cardiology procedures and sterile technique
• Ability to work weekends as needed and stay until last patient is cared for
• Completion of required modules (pre-start; typically 5-6 hours)
• Must be tobacco and fragrance free while on site

Key Responsibilities in Electrophysiology Lab

• Assist with advanced cardiovascular procedures, including cardiac ablations, pacemaker/ICD implantation, and vascular interventions
• Monitor and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias accurately
• Perform EKG lead placement, equipment setup, and maintain sterile field during procedures
• Prep access sites and support vascular closure systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Float to other units as needed and provide care for COVID patients if required
