Physical Therapist Job Details

• Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Clinic
• Location: Exton, Pennsylvania 19341 (Chester County)
• Healthcare Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic
• Employment Type: Local, Direct Hire
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour days
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for extension

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or clinical setting
• Clinical expertise in Women's Health, Vestibular Rehab, Pelvic Rehabilitation, and hospital-based outpatient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions in an outpatient environment
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to achieve patient rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding rehabilitation techniques and wellness strategies
