Respiratory Therapist Job Details

• Location: Camden, New Jersey (08103) – Greater Philadelphia Area
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital – Level 1 Trauma Center
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Duration: 13-week travel assignment
• Employment Type: Travel Respiratory Therapist, On-Site
• Start Date: February 2, 2026
• Hourly Pay Rate: $87.42
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910–$2050

Registered Respiratory Therapist Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), with Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
• Active New Jersey RRT License required
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including at least 1 booster
• Ability to submit all required documentation (cover letter, resume, skills checklist, references, license verification) as a single file

Key Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in a hospital and trauma setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Operate, monitor, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
• Document patient progress and care in accordance with hospital and healthcare protocols
• Respond to emergency situations and provide advanced airway management as needed
