EP Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technologist in a cardiovascular operating room or EP lab
Proven experience with ablations, Watchman procedures, and cardiac device implantations
Active New Jersey licensure (NJ healthcare jobs requirement)
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Mandatory flu vaccination (no declinations accepted)

Cardiovascular Technologist Responsibilities

Assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures, including ablations, Watchman device placements, and cardiac device implantations
Maintain a sterile surgical environment to ensure patient safety and infection control
Set up, operate, and verify EP lab equipment and surgical instruments
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards in the operating room
