Radiologic Technologist Job Details
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA (15213) – Pennsylvania healthcare jobs
- Setting: Hospital – Neuro Interventional Radiology Unit
- Employment Type: Travel Contract
- Start Date: February 9, 2026
- End Date: May 10, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week (start time 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM)
- On-Call: One night shift (5 PM–7 AM) per week; on-call every 3–4 weekends (Friday 5 PM–Monday 6 AM)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,170–$3,400
- Hours per Week: 40
Radiologic Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
- Certification as Interventional Technologist (ARRT preferred)
- Experience in Neuro Interventional Radiology highly desirable
- Proficiency in vascular imaging, MRI, CT, Dexa, and diagnostic radiology procedures
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current state licensure as required for Pennsylvania radiology jobs
Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform advanced imaging procedures in Neuro Interventional Radiology
- Assist physicians during neurovascular interventions and diagnostic procedures
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring patient safety and accuracy
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide compassionate clinical support
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in scheduled on-call coverage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
