Radiologic Technologist Job Details

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (15213) – Pennsylvania healthcare jobs
Setting: Hospital – Neuro Interventional Radiology Unit
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Start Date: February 9, 2026
End Date: May 10, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week (start time 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM)
On-Call: One night shift (5 PM–7 AM) per week; on-call every 3–4 weekends (Friday 5 PM–Monday 6 AM)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,170–$3,400
Hours per Week: 40

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
Certification as Interventional Technologist (ARRT preferred)
Experience in Neuro Interventional Radiology highly desirable
Proficiency in vascular imaging, MRI, CT, Dexa, and diagnostic radiology procedures
Ability to participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current state licensure as required for Pennsylvania radiology jobs

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

Perform advanced imaging procedures in Neuro Interventional Radiology
Assist physicians during neurovascular interventions and diagnostic procedures
Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring patient safety and accuracy
Prepare patients for procedures and provide compassionate clinical support
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
Participate in scheduled on-call coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
