Radiology Job Details

• Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 (New Jersey healthcare jobs)
• Setting: Hospital Radiology Department
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 2/23/2026 – End: 5/23/2026)
• Shift: Three 12-hour evening shifts per week, with every other weekend call included
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or X-Ray Technician
• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School
• Active NJ State RT License (New Jersey Radiology License required)
• ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• Proficient with imaging equipment setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of current clinical practice trends and healthcare informatics

Radiology Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging and treatment procedures according to state, federal, and professional guidelines
• Maintain and assess radiology equipment for safety, accuracy, and patient comfort
• Coordinate and monitor daily imaging procedures, including procedure revisions as needed
• Ensure the physical and physiological comfort of patients during radiologic procedures
• Collaborate with the radiology team and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care
• Other duties as assigned
