Physical Therapist Job Details

• Location: Wyomissing, Pennsylvania (near Reading, PA 19611)

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (option for 4x10 hour days)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2150–$2300
• Patient Load: Approximately 14 patients per 8-hour day, 1:1 30-minute sessions
• Documentation Time: 60 minutes daily (split between lunch and end of day)
• Evaluation Time: 60 minutes per patient evaluation

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Pennsylvania fingerprint clearance required
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 physical therapy sessions for outpatient orthopedic patients
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations (60 minutes per evaluation)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (60 minutes daily provided)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate care and support throughout each patient’s rehabilitation journey
