Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: Morristown, New Jersey (Zip: 07960) – Northern NJ healthcare jobs
• Assignment Type: Travel Radiology Tech
• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 2/23/2026 – End: 5/23/2026)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (start times vary between 7:30am and 9:30am)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1920–$2060
• Floating: Must be willing to float to other radiology sites within the health system as needed

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
• Valid New Jersey State RT License (Required for NJ radiology jobs)
• ARRT Certification (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to float to multiple healthcare sites as needed

Radiology Tech Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
• Operate and maintain a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, troubleshooting, and proper care
• Assess and ensure patient safety, comfort, and procedure accuracy throughout the imaging process
• Monitor and revise imaging procedures as needed to ensure optimal results
• Coordinate daily imaging schedules and workflow in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Float to other radiology locations within the health system as required
