Compensation

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Respiratory Therapist certification (RRT required)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, visible experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and nights
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for interdisciplinary hospital teams

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care and clinical respiratory support to patients in a hospital setting
• Perform assessments, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient progress, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal pulmonary and respiratory outcomes
• Adapt to rotating shifts and assist in covering staff vacations as needed
