• Location: Easton, PA (zip code 18045) and surrounding clinics — Anderson, Upper Bucks, Grand View
• Position: Clinic Float Physical Therapist / PT (local float across outpatient & inpatient settings)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Schedule: Every other holiday and every other weekend required
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• Employment Type: Local, W2 (Pennsylvania physical therapy job)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $91.14/hour
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,990–$2,140/week

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• NICU / neonatal physical therapy experience is required
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, women's health, vestibular and pelvic floor rehab preferred
• Ability and willingness to float between multiple clinic locations as needed (clinic float PT)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population across clinics (outpatient, hospital-based, women's health, vestibular, pelvic rehab)
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including neonatal care when applicable
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes (team-based care)
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient encounters in accordance with clinic and regulatory policies
• Adapt treatment approaches to each clinic location and evolving patient needs as a clinical float PT
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations as required
