• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,790 - $1,920 (competitive travel respiratory pay)

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (1845 - 0715), 3 shifts/week, 36 hours/week
• Weekend/Holiday: Every 3rd weekend and potential holidays
• Dress Code: Black scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• At least 1 year of recent hospital-based RRT experience
• NICU/PEDS experience required (neonatal and pediatric respiratory care)
• Active Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license (allow 6–8 weeks for processing if needed)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS

Key Responsibilities

• Administer nebulizer and Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI/DPI) medications
• Initiate and manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation across neonate to geriatric populations
• Perform arterial blood collection, analysis, and timely reporting
• Provide airway management and assist with intubation and re-intubation
• Assist with bedside bronchoscopies and tracheostomy care
• Conduct internal patient transports with ventilator and airway management support
• Manage neonatal bubble CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and oxygen therapy
• Deliver bronchopulmonary hygiene therapies (flutter, vest) and ongoing oxygen titration
