• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
• Location: Jamestown, NY 14701 (Jamestown, New York)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 26, 2026)
• Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours/week); flexible shift options available
• Setting: Hospital – Ultrasonography Unit (hospital sonography, diagnostic imaging)
• Employment Type: Travel Sonographer / On-Site Travel Assignment

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Tech / Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
• Valid certification as an Ultrasound Technologist (e.g., ARDMS/RDMS or state equivalent preferred)
• Ability to work any shift as needed; flexible travel schedule
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
• Conduct sonography procedures including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular and other diagnostic imaging as requested
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate imaging
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to ensure accurate imaging and timely results
• Document findings clearly and maintain patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control and safety standards
