Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260 – $2,430
• Location: Plainsboro Township, NJ (08536) — Middlesex County, New Jersey
• Setting: Hospital – Maternal Fetal Medicine / High-Risk OB (hospital ultrasound, clinical sonography)
• Schedule: PRN / Per diem – Minimum 2 shifts per month
• Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Duration: 52 weeks (on-site)
• No weekends or major holidays

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Ultrasonographer / Ultrasound Technologist in Maternal Fetal Medicine or High-Risk OB
• OB/GYN Certification with ARDMS (RDMS – OB/GYN) or equivalent diagnostic medical sonography credential
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hospital imaging team
• Strong attention to detail, patient-centered care, and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations for maternal fetal medicine and high-risk obstetric patients (sonography, fetal imaging)
• Obtain accurate fetal biometry, anatomy surveys, Doppler assessments, and other OB/GYN imaging as requested
• Collaborate with physicians, MFM specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare staff to ensure precise diagnostic imaging and follow-up
• Maintain patient records, document findings, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards
• Provide compassionate, supportive patient care during procedures and explain processes to patients and families
