• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM; rotating every 3rd weekend (Sat/Sun 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260 – $2,430

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Pharmacist License required (may apply at time of offer)
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital pharmacy experience required (2–5 years preferred)
• Previous critical access hospital experience highly preferred
• Experience with Meditech and Omnicell strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently during weekend shifts and provide coverage across units
• Previous travel pharmacist experience highly preferred
• Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• Completed pharmacist skills checklist
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (no local candidates)

Responsibilities – Inpatient Pharmacy / Clinical Pharmacy

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services across ICU, Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg, and Emergency Department units
• Ensure safe and effective medication management, dispensing, and documentation in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize Meditech and Omnicell systems for medication dispensing, verification, and record-keeping
• Work independently during weekend coverage and provide clinical pharmacy support for all hospital units
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and hospital policies
