Job Details
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 16, 2026)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,150 – $2,310 (competitive pay for travel radiology positions)
- Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 — Pennsylvania radiology jobs (travel opportunity)
- Setting: General Radiology / Diagnostic Imaging
- Shift: Night shift Radiology Technologist — Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (night shift, 4 x 10-hour shifts)
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Schedule Perks: No call, no weekends (holidays required if they fall on scheduled days)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist / Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech); Level 1 trauma and OR experience preferred
- Current ARRT (R) certification in good standing
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Familiarity with general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures; ability to operate digital radiography equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong patient care, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations consistent with department protocols
- Operate radiology and imaging equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining image quality and radiation safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and timely diagnostic imaging
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and facility policies
