Job Details

• Assignment Length: 26 weeks (June 22, 2026 – December 21, 2026)
• Location: Mount Vernon, OH 43050 — hospital setting, Level II Cardiac Cath Lab
• Role / Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist / Rad Tech — angiograms, stenting, cardiac cath lab procedures
• Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 – 16:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call: On-call rotation — once a week on every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260 – $2,430
• Start Date: June 22, 2026
• Travel Notes: Travelers may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist; interventional radiology or cardiac cath lab experience preferred
• Current ACLS certification required
• Competency with IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) and Impella devices
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Ability to take scheduled call and float to other units or affiliate hospitals as needed
• Preferred: ARRT registration or current state radiologic technologist license (helps for travel assignments in Ohio)

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a Level II cardiac cath lab, including angiograms and stenting
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostic images and patient safety
• Demonstrate proficiency with IABP and Impella devices during cardiac cath and interventional procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled (every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Complete required hospital orientation and training modules for interventional radiology and cath lab workflows
• Float to other units or affiliate hospitals when requested to support patient care needs
