• Estimated Weekly Pay: $530 – $570
• Hours per Week: 40

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to laboratory quality control
• Compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., MLT, MLS, ASCP) or equivalent state credentials

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and hospital policies
• Process and prepare specimens, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate documentation
• Accurately document and report test results, maintaining timely and clear communication with clinical teams
• Ensure quality control, participate in proficiency testing, and support compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care and diagnostic needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
