• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,520 – $1,640

Job Requirements

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license/certification (must be verified prior to onboarding). RRT preferred; CRT accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting (acute care/ICU experience preferred)
• Completion of required health screenings and immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Physical/Health Statement, and others as required)
• COVID-19 vaccination recommended
• Successful completion of background check and competency exams
• Driver's License or State ID

Responsibilities / Clinical Skills

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care across hospital units, including ICU and step-down units — ventilator management and mechanical ventilation support
• Perform airway management, intubation support, extubation, and non-invasive ventilation (NIV) therapies
• Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary hygiene treatments
• Perform ABG analysis, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatments per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in acute and critical care settings
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of respiratory care and competency assessments
• Participate in ongoing education, quality improvement, and compliance activities
