• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required (clinical pharmacist / inpatient experience preferred)
• Pharmacy degree required
• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
• Proficiency with Epic and Omnicell systems preferred
• Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medication orders for safety, efficacy, and dosing accuracy
• Provide clinical pharmacy oversight and supervision of pharmacy technician work, including medication dispensing and IV compounding
• Ensure accurate and timely medication distribution to inpatient populations
• Serve a diverse patient population, including medical and behavioral health patients from newborn through geriatric
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and regulatory standards
