Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Active New Jersey Radiation Therapist license required
• ARRT certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital and clinical environment
• Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for treatment and provide clear education, reassurance, and support throughout the care process
• Operate and monitor radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately
• Maintain precise treatment records, documentation, and patient charts
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Follow all safety, quality, infection prevention, and compliance standards
