Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills
• Experience in a fast-paced clinic or rehabilitation environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and overall function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support optimal rehabilitation outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
