This 13-week travel Radiology Tech assignment is ideal for an experienced Interventional Radiology Radiologic Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment. Candidates should be confident working in a sterile procedure setting, supporting vascular and special procedures, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary hospital team.

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day shift
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• On-Call Coverage: Required for weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490-$2,670
• Charting System: Epic
• Orientation: 8 hours
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures
• Current BLS certification and ARRT(R) required
• ARRT(VI) certification preferred
• ACLS preferred
• Experience with sterile technique and maintaining a sterile field
• Experience with Epic charting preferred
• Ability to work rotating on-call coverage for hospital radiology services
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety skills

Responsibilities

• Support Interventional Radiology procedures in a high-acuity hospital environment
• Prepare equipment, maintain supplies, and ensure procedural readiness
• Maintain a sterile field and assist with room circulation during procedures
• Perform or assist with vascular and special procedures as needed
• Provide accurate patient monitoring and support during interventions
• Assist with image acquisition and workflow using fluoroscopy and related technology
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
