Job Details

• Position Type: Travel MRI Technologist assignment
• Setting: Hospital MRI unit / inpatient imaging
• Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Weekend night shifts, Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950 to $2,100

MRI Technologist Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent MRI Technologist experience required
• Active BLS certification required
• Experience in hospital radiology, inpatient imaging, or MRI travel jobs preferred
• Ability to work an overnight weekend schedule with reliability and professionalism
• Experience supporting stable inpatient imaging workflows preferred
• Must be able to meet all compliance requirements, including background screening, drug screening, and onboarding modules
• Strong attention to patient safety, scan quality, and workflow efficiency

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations in a hospital setting with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support a stable inpatient population while maintaining smooth patient flow
• Work collaboratively with a tech assistant and imaging team members
• Prepare patients for scans, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the exam
• Follow established MRI protocols and maintain high-quality imaging standards
• Monitor equipment performance and contribute to a well-organized imaging environment
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
