Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience
• Prior intubation experience required
• Current NBRC RRT or CRT certification
• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary care to inpatient and outpatient populations
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures
• Administer medicated aerosols using medical compressed gas
• Maintain airways and support ventilator management
• Perform arterial line insertion, intubations, and related advanced respiratory procedures
• Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis
• Follow approved medical staff protocols and department policies to support safe, effective patient care
