Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience
- Prior intubation experience required
- Current NBRC RRT or CRT certification
- Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary care to inpatient and outpatient populations
- Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures
- Administer medicated aerosols using medical compressed gas
- Maintain airways and support ventilator management
- Perform arterial line insertion, intubations, and related advanced respiratory procedures
- Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis
- Follow approved medical staff protocols and department policies to support safe, effective patient care
